SCHEDULED DELIVERY
Chippewa Valley Energy uses a computer-based program called Scheduled Delivery.
This program calculates when your next propane delivery should be made according to the weather and past consumption. You can expect a propane delivery when your tank is between 20%-30% full. We recommend that you get in the habit of checking your tank occasionally as usage fluctuates. If your tank level shows 25% or less, please contact us to schedule a propane delivery.
In addition, if you add appliances, you should notify the office to make sure we update your consumption pattern and schedule a safety check.

Our professionally installed tank monitoring service gives you peace of mind that you will never run out. See your propane tank level anytime, anywhere through our smart monitor and free mobile phone app!
With tank monitoring, you will be able to:

- Once installed, download and set up the free Tank Utility app on your phone
- From the app, receive real-time alerts when your tank is low and monitor your monthly fuel consumption anytime from anywhere
- We will also monitor your tank level to help prevent run-outs!
