We are excited to once again offer scholarships to our members’ children for the 2026–2027 school year!
Please review the instructions, sign the Scholarship Program form, and complete the Scholarship Application. Both forms can be returned to:

Scholarships will be awarded in August, prior to the start of the upcoming school year.
Scholarship Guidelines
• A maximum of three scholarships will be awarded each year.
• Each scholarship will be valued at $750 per student.
• Applicants must complete the scholarship application provided by Eau Claire Coop Oil Co.
• Applicants must submit their previous year’s transcript and proof of enrollment with the application.
• Scholarships are available only for undergraduate programs.
• Transcripts must reflect passing grades and include GPA information to qualify.
• Students who received a scholarship in prior years must reapply annually to remain eligible.
• Applicants may receive the scholarship for a maximum of four years.
• Applications, transcripts, and proof of enrollment must be submitted between May 1 and June 30. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Scholarship funds will be awarded in August for the upcoming semester.
• Eau Claire Coop Oil Co. reserves the right to deny any scholarship application.
