\n \nWe are seeking a highly motivated, coachable, and metrics-driven Outbound BDR to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential customers—primarily franchise groups, multi-unit brands, and corporate decision makers—through cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager to generate pipeline, book qualified meetings for our Account Executives, and play a key role in driving revenue growth.
\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n• Outreach & cadencing: Execute multi-touch sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn) via Salesloft, tailoring messaging to brand use cases (background music, audio systems, corporate-endorsed programs).
\n• Objection handling: Confidently address initial objections, positioning Dynamic Media’s value and securing next steps.
\n• Qualify & handoff: Engage outbound prospects to qualify, build interest, and book meetings for Account Executives.
\n• Activity Goals: Consistently meet daily KPIs and follow a proven track record to success
\n• Pipeline Growth: Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently develop a qualified sales pipeline—converting prospects into positive conversations and building strong cases that encourage corporate teams to explore a brand-wide music vendor switch.
\n• Continuous improvement: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to track performance metrics (activity, connect rates, success rate, meetings booked) and proactively refine approaches.
\n \nRequirements
\n• Must be based in the U.S.
\n• 1+ years of sales, lead generation, and cold-calling experience (B2B preferred)
\n• Experience with mid-market, enterprise, or franchise accounts is a significant advantage
\n• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
\n• Self-motivated and persistent • Familiarity with CRM systems
\n• Experience using sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Hubspot, etc.)
\n• Competitive, coachable, and results-driven
\n• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
